We have already had the opportunity to try out the new Prolimit Wing/Foil Shield FR harness vest. The vest combines impact protection and harness in one.
A zipper for entry is located on the right-hand side. The all-round strap is connected on this side with a clip. Of course, it is also possible to adjust the harness to your individual body size.
The plastic hook can be moved across the entire front area. In the back of the Prolimit Wing/Foil Shield FR vest there is a reinforcement to better distribute the forces of the harness.
The entire vest is equipped with impact protection elements. For better mobility, the vest ends at the front below the hook. At the back, it extends to the end of the back.
The Prolimit vest runs quite small. At 183 cm and 75 kg, it just about fitted the tester in size M. If in doubt, it’s better to go up a size or try it on in a surf store beforehand.
Thanks to the variable hook, you can ride hooked in both the switch and the normal stance. The vest hardly hinders your movements.
